Pif-Splitter
V0.1 For Mac OS X
This application allows you to cut (split) a huge file into smaller pieces, then you can save these pieces on several storages (DVDs, CDs, USB Keys, etc..)
With Pif-Splitter you can split any file : AIFF, DMG, ISO,
MP3, TIFF, DOC, MOV, AVI, etc...
For exemple, you can split a Disk Image of 7GB (DMG, ISO...) into 2GB pieces, then
you can save these pieces onto several 4.7 DVD-Rs. Then bring
the pieces to a friend. Put all the pieces in any of your friend's folder and use
Pif-Splitter to stick them back together : You get the original file !
